When Taylor walked into the hospital thinking she has a bad case of the flu she had no idea what was really happening. Two days later she awoke from a medically induced coma to discover her parents has no choice to save her life but to sign for a quad amputation. As she awoke from the surgery she saw Bucky and a powerful friendship began.

In Time of Need

When we were visiting the Veteran's Home Bucky met a retired pastor who was dreadfully sick. He had fallen into depression and had stopped fighting to get well because he was all alone. Bucky adopted him and comforted him every visit giving him a reason to get out of bed and keep trying,.... Bucky gave hope and the retired pastor lived almost 2 years more than predicted.

Michael was brought to the hospital by ambulance after he was jumped and left for dead. One of Bucky's first victories as partner to his partner David was helping Michael accept his situation and stop running from the changes and begin to plan for a great future
